Typically we like to do a bit of both – in other words, develop a solution for you and then project manage its implementation.

Examples:

  • We can develop a course to meet your requirements and then deliver it when you need to train your employees. Follow up coaching can be provided to ensure the benefits of the training are maximised and sustained.
  • We can review your communications strategy, produce a communications plan and then implement it.
  • We can design a an assessment centre or selection process and then run it for you whenever you need to bring in new staff, or recruit internally. We can design a development centre to help you with career planning and staff development, and run it for you.
